Last updated: September 8, 2026

MOKH is a business operations platform that helps authorized users connect business communications and operational information, understand context, prepare next steps, and manage work with human oversight. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit getmokh.com, use the MOKH application, or connect a third-party service.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account and workspace information you provide, such as your name, email address, organization or workspace details, preferences, and information submitted through forms. When you connect a service, MOKH may receive the account identifiers, permissions and business data required to provide the features you authorize.

2. Connected services

Connected services may include Google, Microsoft and, as they become available, messaging or social platforms. MOKH accesses a connected service only after an authorized user completes the provider's authorization process. The exact permissions requested are shown by the provider during consent.

For email and calendar integrations, authorized data may include message metadata and content, sender and recipient information, threads, calendar availability or events, and the minimum account identity information required to maintain the connection. MOKH uses this information to provide requested product functions such as inbox synchronization, business-context matching, prioritization, drafting, scheduling and controlled sending.

3. Google user data

MOKH's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing MOKH features that are prominent in the product. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or allow humans to read it except when necessary for security, legal compliance, with the user's affirmative agreement for a specific support purpose, or where otherwise permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure MOKH; synchronize authorized business data; connect communications with relevant customers, opportunities and work; prepare user-requested drafts or recommendations; perform actions that an authorized user has approved; verify outcomes; troubleshoot connections; prevent abuse; and improve reliability and product functionality.

5. AI and automated processing

MOKH may use automated systems and AI to classify, summarize, connect and prepare work from authorized business information. Important external actions are designed to remain subject to the permissions and approval controls presented in the product. We do not use connected Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

6. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information or connected-service data. Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that help us host, secure and operate MOKH, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a transaction where legally permitted and with applicable notice.

7. Data separation and security

MOKH is designed to keep organization data logically separated and to restrict access according to workspace permissions. We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect credentials and business information, including server-side credential handling, access controls and auditable integration boundaries. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention, disconnection and deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal obligations and protect the service. Disconnecting a provider stops future authorized access but may not automatically delete historical business records already imported into the workspace. An authorized user may request deletion of account or connected-service data by contacting us. We will verify the request and delete or de-identify applicable information unless retention is legally required.

9. Your choices

You can revoke a provider connection from MOKH or from the provider's own account/security settings. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of applicable personal information. Rights can vary by jurisdiction.

10. International processing

MOKH and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as MOKH evolves. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
