Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of MOKH, including pilot and pre-release access. By using MOKH, you agree to these Terms. If you use MOKH for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

1. The service

MOKH provides tools for connecting authorized business systems, organizing communications and operational context, preparing work, and supporting controlled business actions. Features may change during pilot and early-access stages.

2. Accounts and authority

You are responsible for your account, credentials and activity. You must provide accurate information and may connect only accounts, mailboxes, calendars, data and services that you are authorized to access. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access to their team members.

3. Connected services

Third-party services such as Google and Microsoft are governed by their own terms and policies. You authorize MOKH to access connected services only within the permissions you approve. You can revoke a connection, although doing so may disable related MOKH features.

4. Your data

You retain rights in the business information and content you provide or authorize MOKH to access. You grant MOKH the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and display that information to operate, secure and improve the user-facing service. Our handling of personal information and connected-service data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use MOKH to violate law or third-party rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware or spam, circumvent provider restrictions, interfere with the service, or use connected channels in a deceptive, abusive or unlawful manner. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of external communications you approve.

6. AI-assisted output and approvals

MOKH may use AI to summarize information, classify context, recommend actions and prepare drafts. AI-generated output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed where appropriate. Product controls may require explicit approval for certain external actions. You remain responsible for decisions and communications made through your account.

7. Pilot and pre-release features

During pilot or early access, features may be incomplete, changed or discontinued. We may impose usage limits, restrict access or request feedback. Unless separately agreed in writing, pilot access does not guarantee future availability, pricing or functionality.

8. Security

You must promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized account access. We use safeguards intended to protect the service, but no system is completely secure. You should maintain appropriate backups and business continuity practices for information that is important to your operations.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using MOKH at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, material breach, abuse or protection of other users. Data handling after termination is subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, MOKH is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, particularly during pilot access. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that automated recommendations, classifications or generated content will always be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MOKH's operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
